Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the same business day
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day
• Delivery Timeframe

Delivery estimates apply to business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Jacklyn's Fashions is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to become active.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
