Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or receipt

How to Start a Return
Visit our Request a Return page with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once approved, we'll send full return instructions.
Please don't ship anything back without hearing from us first — unauthorized returns can't be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Visit our Request a Return page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photos. We'll sort it out quickly — replacement, exchange, or full refund, whichever fits best.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't match the order. Availability depends on current stock and we'll keep you updated throughout.
No Restocking Fees — Ever
Eligible returns come with zero restocking fees. No hidden deductions, no penalties.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it on their end.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout — they can't be added after an order is placed and aren't eligible for a refund if missed.
