How do I place an order? Browse our collection, select your size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I cancel or modify my order? Contact us immediately at info@jacklynsfashions.shop or +1 713-544-4422. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping? Orders under $139.99 ship for a $4.90 flat rate. Orders of $140.00 and over ship free.
How do I track my order? A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return? Visit our Request a Return page with your order number and reason for return.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the return is approved.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most major debit cards.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.

How do I find my correct size? Refer to the size chart on each product page. If you need help, contact us before ordering.
How should I care for my items? Always check the care label inside your garment. Most structured jackets and tweed pieces are best dry-cleaned. Knit and denim pieces can generally be machine-washed cold.
